Payment/Deposits:
$500 Deposit required per bike at time of booking.
$500 non refundable Deposit Required for lodging reservations.
Total: $1,000 deposit required at time of Registration.
Balance is due 30 Days Prior to Self-Guided Tour Start Date.
Cancellation Policy:
You must give a full 30 days notice to receive a refund, less a $200 cancelation fee. Cancellations with less than 30 days notice; your deposits are forfeited as a cancellation fee and the remaining balance paid can be transferred to another party or another tour, subject to availability. Cancellations with less than 15 days notice, will forfeit 50% of total rental price as cancellation fee and remaining balance paid can be transferred to another party or another tour, subject to availability. If your self guided tour is terminated for any reason at anytime during the tour, no refund will be given. No refunds for early returns.
