Motorcycle Rental Requirements

25 years of age or older
3 years riding experience on a same size motorcycle (negotiable)
Valid motorcycle lisence (must be present at time of pick-up)
$1,000 to $2,000 damage deposit on Visa or Mastercard
You MUST HAVE roadside assistance for your own motorcycle recovery. (Check AMA, BMWMOA or others.)

Taxes and Fees

All motorcycle rentals are subject to a local 8.75% State Vehicle Rental Tax.

Additional Motorcycle Liability Reduction

Our optional Loss Damage Waiver (LDW) is $25.00 per riding day. When you purchase this agreement, you will be responsible for only the first $2,000 of bike damages. If you decline this option you are responsible for all expenses. (Please note that the LDW does not cover personal property damage or bodily injury.) The Loss Damage Waiver will reduce but not eliminate responsibility for damage or theft of the motorcycle. The renter must comply with the terms and conditions in the rental Agreement. We recommend that you contact your motorcycle insurance carrier to see if you are covered for rental motorcycles.

Deposit Payment

A $500.00 non refundable per motorcycle deposit is due at the time of booking to reserve your motorcycles. If the total cost of the motorcycle rentals is less than $500.00, the full amount of rental will be considered the deposit. The deposit will be applied to the total cost of the rental. The total balance for the rental is due 30 days prior to pickup.

Full payment for motorcycle rentals is due 30 days prior to rental pickup date.

Damage Deposit

A damage deposit is taken on a Visa or MasterCard. We do not charge the card, we simply authorize it. The authorization is released upon return and inspection of the motorcycle. Sorry, no Debit Cards for the damage deposit!mage deposit amount:

$2,000 for BMW 650GS, BMW 800GS, and BMW 1200GS

Early Returns

No refunds for early returns or late pick-up's, no exceptions.

Secure storage is complementary to any rider while they are renting a motorcycle from MotoQuest.

Luggage Storage

Secure luggage storage is complementary to any MotoQuest clients.
